mixed experience. some issues with service.
rude staff poor view
the food and drinks were well priced. that aspect was acceptable.
The check in staff was quite rude. i had a few simple requests like a connecting room. they refused and said i needed to pay extra. rooms were standard. The view from the 5th floor was poor.

infinity pool great selection
the gym offered an infinity pool it also had another pool option. breakfast featured a selection of asian and western foods there were also lots of fruits available
the hotel felt a little old compared to the pictures the walls showed wear and tear

solid beach stay
plentiful options shaded beds
the breakfast buffet included plentiful options. the beach is clean and well-kept. the resort has multiple pools near the beach with shaded beds. the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
I found that the hotel is showing its age. Some areas need refurbishment. the walls had some marks and looked worn. this detracted slightly from the overall experience.

the resort offers multiple pools including an infinity pool. there are also direct access to the beach. pool and beach areas include ample loungers and umbrellas providing good shade, so guests can stay comfortable all day.
